We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile, and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategies to inspire and influence key stakeholders, including brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
- Lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, covering events, scaled education, partner upskilling, content marketing, email marketing, social media, press releases, client relationship management, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.
- Independently own and lead strategic projects that require cross-functional collaboration, including sales, product, finance, and operations departments.
- Collaborate closely with global and local APAC teams to foster synergy, acting as a strategic consultant to enhance business alignment and performance.
- Analyze and optimize marketing channels, especially events, to extract insights, measure impact, and drive best practices.
- Manage regular reporting on marketing initiatives and results, particularly for quarterly planning (OKRs), reporting (QBRs), and annual planning.
- This role will be based in Singapore.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting, or business strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
- Good understanding of the business landscape and culture in APAC markets, with regional exposure.
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional and global contexts, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute high-quality work efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in brands, media, advertising, or technology industries.
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans, especially events.
- Passion for TikTok marketing and building initiatives from the ground up.
