Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales funnel from lead qualification to course enrolment.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to secure sign-ups.

  • Assist in creating promotional content and managing social media updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and provide reports to the Program Manager.

Job description

This role works with the Program Executive - Membership & Engagement in a collaborative team effort, overseen by the Program Manager. This successful candidate for this role will manage the customer's journey from the top end of the funnel to the enrolment. While the Membership & Engagement PE focuses on the supply side of the program, the Placement PE focuses on the demand side. Hence, when both sides of the system come together successfully, there is a sustainable and long-term impact on the hiring and development of midcareer switchers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales funnel: Own the customer journey from lead qualification to course enrolment, ensuring smooth handover and onboarding.
  • Drive conversions: Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals to secure sign-ups for SCALA’s programs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell: Identify opportunities to promote additional SCALA programs to existing clients.
  • Support marketing execution: Assist in creating promotional content, coordinating email campaigns, and managing social media updates to boost visibility.
  • Track and report performance: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline status; provide regular reports to the Program Manager.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with the Membership & Engagement team to align demand-side efforts with supply-side readiness for programs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field or higher
  • Proven experience in participant onboarding and placement, or program consulting (preferably in education or training).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with midcareer switchers. Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
