Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To check through Handover Form and all documentations from Sales and Design Teams to meet the client’s requirements
To conduct site preparations, demolition works, civil works and/or laying safety surfacing in compliance to all safety and company’s requirements
To oversee installation of playground equipment, lightning protection system and/or other works as per client’s requirements
To coordinate with workers and/or sub-contractors on conducting all the necessary testing and warranty issuances as per client’s requirements
To prepare operational documentations at the point of handing over to client
To manage workers and/or sub-contractors on completing projects based on schedule
To assist Operations Manager to perform any other related duties as required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent.
Possess Class 3 Driving License
Possess Safety Compliance Trainings & Certifications
Required skill(s) : Able to read Drawings, Microsoft Office - particularly Word and Excel and good email communication skills
