We are looking for Service Engineer (Power System)to make an impact!

• To perform field service (customer site service) activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification, onsite training, system upgrade and repair of complex Schneider MV, LV and transformer projects.
• Responsible for a region or subgroup of field services.
• Performs installation supervision and commissioning of Schneider products including day to day service of the same
• Performs maintenance for Schneider equipment
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Schneider products.
• Represents Schneider dealing with customer concerns.
• Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field. Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.
• Solve Site problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.
• Providing 24hrs telephone support for customers.
• Acquisition of Customer Service products.
• Support internal for spare parts warranty, preparation, and assembly.Improve on site report and process.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical / Electronic engineering
• Experience with transformer/Switchgear
• Computer literacy and fluent in spoken English.
• 2-3 yrs exp. With electrical contractor, Oil & Gas sector, Power Generation, Petrochemical technical experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel up to 80% within in Singapore.
