A recruitment agency is seeking a Temp Marketing Admin for a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking membership KPIs, and handling membership inquiries. Candidates should have at least a degree or diploma and be proactive in supporting campaign execution and data reporting. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, ideal for those looking to broaden their marketing skill set.

🕒 Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
Min Degree - 15 per hour
Min Diploma - 11 per hour
Campaign & Marketing Support
Coordinate campaign execution & rollout (briefs, deadlines, follow-ups)
Support online/offline campaign setup (collaterals, comms, vendor liaison)
Conduct pre-launch checks (links, content accuracy, segmentation)
Assist with post-campaign wrap-up (performance tracking, data collection)
Data & Reporting
Track membership KPIs (signups, retention, attrition, utilisation)
Prepare dashboards & summary reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Support data integrity work: cleaning, verifying & reconciling databases
Membership & Operational Support
Handle membership enquiries via email
Liaise with IT, marketing & vendors to resolve issues
Process new memberships, renewals & termination tasks
Process Improvement & Documentation
Document SOPs for recurring tasks
Suggest workflow or system improvements
