Job summary
A staffing agency in Singapore seeks an HR support specialist to manage data and assist with project allocation and vacation administration. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and previous experience in HR or staffing. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity in systems and performing administrative tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Prior HR, staffing, or resourcing background preferred.
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the Staffing team with accurate data management and project allocation.
- Perform data entry and integrity checks in the Resource Allocation System.
- Update and maintain the team Trello Board.

To support the Staffing (Resourcing) team with accurate data management, project allocation updates, and vacation administration, ensuring smooth manpower deployment and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Staffing (Resourcing) – System & Project Allocation
- Perform data entry and data integrity checks in the Resource Allocation System (BOSS)
- Accurately update consulting members’ project allocations and Client Development (CD) projects
- Conduct wrap-up checks at end of cases and follow CD prompts
- Update and maintain team Trello Board
- Perform any other administrative or operational tasks as assigned
- Staffing (Resourcing) – Vacation Administration
- Support end-to-end vacation request processing for consulting employees
- Screen requests for pre-approval or rejection based on guidelines
- Escalate complex or exceptional cases for leadership approval
- Perform data extraction and reporting of vacation requests
- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources or related discipline
- Prior HR, staffing, or resourcing background preferred
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling systems, reports, and administrative processes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Highly organised, responsible, and systematic
- Able to work independently and meet tight timelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
