Job summary

A leading technical service firm in Singapore is looking for a Service Engineer – Robotics. The candidate will provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for industrial robots in Singapore and Malaysia. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing robot systems, reporting performance, and managing service activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and CRM systems. This role requires occasional travel within Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation or technical service.
• Experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel in Southeast Asia as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and troubleshooting support for industrial robots.
• Record and report robot performance in the internal system.
• Manage and update spare parts inventory.
