Job summary

A leading public transportation provider in Singapore is seeking a Planning Specialist to provide strong administrative support to the Trains Billing Hub. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate billing, compliance with government regulations, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a recognized diploma and at least 2 years of experience in administration or related fields. Familiarity with the Rail/Transportation Industry is advantageous. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the efficiency of train operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Administration, Billing, Operations or Project management.
  • Exposure to Legal, Finance or Quantity Surveyor works would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the Rail/Transportation Industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to Trains Billing Hub.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing for projects.
  • Advise project teams on corporate governance compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain communication between external parties and internal stakeholders.
