A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Workshop and Store Manager to oversee the workshop and inventory operations. You'll lead a team while ensuring efficient equipment maintenance and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with 5 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic construction environment.
Qualificações

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workshop and Store Manager to oversee our workshop and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, electricians, mechanics, welders, fabricators, and store staff while ensuring efficient equipment maintenance, inventory control, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the workshop and store
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians, electricians, mechanics, welders, fabricators, and storemen
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing of construction equipment and machinery
- Ensure proper inventory management, including parts tracking, procurement, and stock control
- Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in the Construction Industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in inventory management, spare parts control, and safety regulations
- Experience in construction equipment maintenance is an advantage
