A global financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Director for the APAC Resiliency team. The role involves leading the execution of the resiliency program across South-East Asia, enhancing operational resiliency, and managing diverse stakeholders. With a required 15+ years of relevant experience, strong influencing skills, and knowledge of bank regulations, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's strategic agenda. Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Management, Resiliency, or Risk & Controls.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading cross-location teams.
- Well-versed with resiliency related bank regulations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on regulations and resiliency risks.
- Develop partnerships across Front Office, Operations, Technology.
- Provide strategic direction for operational resiliency framework.
