A leading venture capital firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Investment Director to lead end-to-end investment processes. The role involves identifying high-potential startups, managing Associates, and contributing to investment strategy in digitalisation and energy transition sectors. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in venture capital or private equity and possess strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills. As an Investment Director, you will be a driving force in Motion Ventures’ deal activity. Working closely with our team, you’ll lead end‑to‑end investment processes, from initial sourcing and due diligence to term‑sheet negotiation and execution. You will also mentor and manage our Associates, guiding them to excel in all aspects of venture investing.
