Job summary
A leading manufacturing company based in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee the engineering and manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role. Skills in 6-sigma methodology and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes are essential for success in this position. The role includes leading a team, monitoring production, and driving quality control improvements.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years as a quality leader.
- Strong in 6-sigma methodology and statistical knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the production process for quality assurance.
- Inspect finished products for quality specifications.
- Lead a team of inspectors to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Drive quality assurance process improvements.
- Manage non-conforming materials and corrective actions.
- Analyze quality incidents and recommend improvements.
