Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead audits and maintain the Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field, along with 3–5 years of QA experience, preferably in a training or education environment. Knowledge of SSG/TPQA requirements and ISO standards is essential. The role requires strong documentation and compliance skills, along with effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Drive ISO 29993 documentation and continual improvement.
  • Manage CAPA: root-cause analysis and follow-up.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors and accreditation bodies.
  • Support investigations into complaints and incidents.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage internal & external audits (e.g., SSG TPQA, ISO 29993 : 2017).
  • Maintain an up-to-date Quality Management System (QMS) : policies, SOPs, templates, version control.
  • Ensure compliance with all training regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain evidence sets for audit purposes.
  • Conduct internal quality checks on training delivery, assessment marking, attendance, and administrative processes.
  • Drive ISO 29993 documentation, implementation, and continual improvement activities.
  • Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) : root-cause analysis, follow-up, closure.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and prepare reports / dashboards for management review.
  • Liaise with external auditors, accreditation bodies, and regulators.
  • Support investigations into complaints, incidents, and nonconformities.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Education, Business, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years QA experience (preferably in training / education environment).
