• Migrate examination materials into a digital platform
• Format and prepare content according to system templates for bulk upload
• Troubleshoot simple technical issues during the upload and implementation process, and escape more complex issues to the vendor for resolution
• Assist with the setup of system infrastructure to ensure proper organisation and mapping of materials
• Handle various file types including text and image-based content
• Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout the migration process
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in fast‑paced environment
• Able to manage multiple workstreams/timelines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and able to respond to enquiries from stakeholders over the phone or over email, as needed.
• Experience with database systems or content management platforms would be advantageous
• Travel to alternative office site may be required on specific days.
