Qualifications

• Must be detailed-orientated and meticulous in record keeping.
• Relevant experiences in Food & Beverage/Culinary store management.
• Possess relevant food hygiene certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that goods received are in good condition and of required quantity and quality ordered.
• Raise purchasing requisition to replenish the inventory of store items.
• Ensure proper recording of the inventory.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports, including inventory report after stocktaking.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are well-maintained.
