Responsibilities
- Assist with slab and material handling.
- Provide assistance to the sales team with updates on material availability.
- Coordinate site installations and deliveries.
- Oversee tools and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with delivery planning and document checking.
- Support operational improvements and quality checks.
- Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and reporting.

Skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist with slab and material handling, including slab viewings, markings, documentation, and coordination with warehouse staff.
- Provide assistance to the sales team by taking slab photos, measurements, and updating customers on material availability and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate site installations, deliveries, and manpower, and act as the contact point for on-site issues or rectifications.
- Oversee tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained, safe, and repaired or replaced when needed.
- Assist with daily delivery planning, routing, and checking delivery documents for accuracy.
- Support operational improvements, SOP updates, and quality checks on materials and workpieces.
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as job scheduling, filing work orders, and updating operational reports.
