A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Executive to assist with day-to-day accounting and procurement functions. The ideal candidate should possess 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry, and a diploma in Accounting or Finance. Key responsibilities include issuing Purchase Orders, liaising with vendors, and maintaining documentation. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and attention to detail are essential for this role.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and procurement-related functions. This role works closely with operations and is ideal for candidates with hands‑on accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
- Request and consolidate price lists from suppliers for cost comparison
- Support procurement of materials for operations
- Handle general accounting and miscellaneous accounts‑related duties
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as required
- Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting / Finance
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
