Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to conduct orientations, prepare contracts, and manage work pass matters. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in human resource administration and experience in recruitment and ERP software. This role offers the opportunity to liaise with government bodies and ensure compliance with labor regulations, making it a significant position within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in human resource administration.
  • Experience in dealing with work pass and dormitory administration.
  • Knowledge of ERP software.
  • Experience managing HR functions in construction or landscape companies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct orientation programs and brief new employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and monitor probation periods.
  • Handle all MOM online Work Pass matters.
  • Update employee database and manage yearly insurance renewals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
  • Assist in up-to-date documents in the Employee's personal files i.e. filling and documentation
  • Responsible for preparing employment contracts and HR letters, monitor employee’s probation period, confirmation.
  • Perform recruitment, such as posting job advertisements in portals and candidate interview
  • To handle all MOM online Work Pass related matters ie application / renewal / cancellation / replacement of Work Pass (Including Arranging Dormitory, Security bond, i submit, purchase PCP).
  • To handle workers’ matters prepare contracts, home leave arrangement.
  • To liaise with government authority ie MOM pertaining to worker matters
  • Update employee database (including leave, childcare leave & make-up paid claim for Childcare)
  • Responsible for the yearly’s medical insurance and workman’s compensation renewal and liaise with Insurers / MOM on medical insurance / workmen’s compensation matters
  • Any ad-hoc duties when necessary
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 year in human resource administration
  • Experience in dealing with work pass and dormitories administration
  • Knowledge of ERP software
  • Experience managing HR functions in construction or landscape companies
  • Able to commence work within a short notice is an advantage
