Job summary

A Singapore-based woodworking company is seeking an administrator to handle various administrative tasks including issuing delivery orders, sales invoices, and updating stock records. The role requires collaboration with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries, as well as handling customer inquiries and assisting in HR tasks. Candidates should have experience in administrative duties and be familiar with billing processes. The position may require working alternate Saturdays.

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties, such as issuing delivery orders, sales invoices, and updating stock records
  • Responsible for the billing process, including the issuance of delivery orders and sales invoices
  • Liaise and coordinate with the sales team on order processing and delivery arrangements
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and that all orders reach customers within the specified timeframe
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and follow up on scheduled deliveries
  • Manually update stock balances in Excel and coordinate with the warehouse team on stock availability
  • Answer and resolve phone calls and email inquiries from customers
  • Assist in HR duties such as Work Pass renewals
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Required to work alternate Saturday
