Job summary

A local technology firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support finance and sales operations. This role involves preparing financial documents, managing cash flow, overseeing accounts, and handling office administration tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Accounting and have at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, along with good communication and organizational skills, is essential.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support our finance & sales operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare delivery orders, purchase orders & invoices

  • Oversee accounts receivables, payables, payroll & monthly expense processes

  • Manage cash flow & reconcile bank transactions

  • Prepare monthly Financial Statements

  • Submission of monthly CPF contributions & prepare annual IR8A returns

  • Submission of quarterly GST filing

  • Liaise with auditors for annual audit & income tax returns

  • Handle customers’ service contract renewals

  • Handle general office administrative duties to keep the office organised & processes in place

  • Liaise with external parties on maintenance of office premises, equipment & office supplies, including office insurance

  • Update & maintain HR policies & procedures

  • Update & maintain ISO 27001 polies & procedures

  • Assist in applying for government schemes & grants as required

  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

Requirements
  • Open to Singaporeans & Permanent Residents only

  • At least a diploma in Accounting or related certifications

  • Minimum 1 year related working experience. Entry levels are welcome to apply

  • Experience with using Accounting Software

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Good communication (both written & oral) & organizational skills

  • Knowledge of HR policy implementation is preferable
