The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to cover maternity leave on key client accounts, including New Balance, Athletic Greens, Changi Airport Group, and others. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of live experiences.

You will ideally have experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and suppliers, maintaining and building trusted relationships.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events, including logistics, supplier management, and on-site coordination.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
• Manage project budgets, tracking financials and ensuring reconciliation.
• Contribute creative ideas and insights to pitches and proposals.
• Support the wider team by bringing local market knowledge, problem-solving skills, and operational expertise.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, both written and spoken, who can confidently manage projects from start to finish while maintaining excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously. They should have experience working with creative teams, ensuring work is delivered on time and to brief. A problem-solving mindset, a collaborative approach, and a positive, energetic attitude are essential. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and takes initiative to drive results.
