Job description

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Creative Lead to drive the creative vision and execution for some of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands. You’ll play a key role in developing and supporting creative and marketing materials across Asia—ensuring consistency, quality, and brand integrity across all platforms and markets.

Main Responsibilities
Creative direction and strategy
  • Work closely with Corporate as well as the Marketing and Regional teams to align on key visuals and campaign direction.
  • Support concept development, storytelling, visual design, and production direction across all collaterals, including marketing and corporate materials.
  • Maintain well‑organized archives of design assets and brand materials to ensure easy access, consistency, and version control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, as well as external vendors, to ensure creative outputs meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Manage creative project timelines, ensuring smooth progress from concept through execution and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Ensure all creative artworks adhere to each brand’s guidelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate with brand owners to secure design approvals.
Innovation & Brand Building
  • Continuously elevate creative standards by introducing new ideas, formats, and storytelling techniques.
  • Monitor social trends and innovative creative technologies to inform campaigns.
  • Support brand evolution and corporate rebranding initiatives as needed.
  • Build and maintain cohesive brand identities across all creative touchpoints.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in creative marketing.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and in Microsoft Office – specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of After Effects or motion tools.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a creative or design role in retail or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills.
  • A flair for creating innovative marketing campaigns and unique event concepts; a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable, and able to handle work pressure well.
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
