A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support global and regional account teams in tender preparation and submission. The ideal applicant will have strong analytical abilities, 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, and excellent MS Excel skills. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams to meet commercial standards and maintain accurate records. This role requires good communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Responsabilités
- Support global and regional account teams in preparing and submitting tenders.
- Coordinate with APAC offices to gather pricing and operational information.
- Ensure submissions meet quality and commercial standards.
- Prepare pricing analysis and evaluations based on the tender process.
- Maintain tender records and documentation.
- Join discussions to provide analysis and recommendations.
- Resolve tender-related issues and implement improvements.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Connaissances
Formation
- Support global and regional account teams in preparing and submitting tenders for key and strategic customers.
- Study tender requirements and coordinate with mainly APAC offices to gather pricing and operational information.
- Work with local teams and central procurement to ensure all submissions meet quality and commercial standards.
- Prepare pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations based on the global tender process.
- Maintain up-to-date tender records and documentation in internal systems.
- Join cross-region discussions to provide analysis and recommendations related to tender management.
- Resolve tender-related issues and implement improvement actions where needed.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
