Job summary
A leading premium preschool in Singapore is seeking an experienced educator to plan and implement the Literacy programme for young learners. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have classroom experience with children aged 3 to 7. Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential for fostering positive relationships with students and parents. Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
- 1 year’s classroom teaching experience with children aged 3-7 years.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the Literacy programme according to policies.
- Prepare teaching aids for age-appropriate learning.
- Maintain records of each child's progress and needs.

- Plan, supervise, and implement the Literacy programme for the class in accordance with MindChamps' policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
- Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and implement the programme in class.
- Always use positive guidance strategies and techniques.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with the Champs and their parents.
- Keep accurate records of the Champs’ progress. Address each Champ’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
- Minimum Diploma – preferably in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc)
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year’s classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7 years old
- Engaging, dynamic and creative.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong command of the English Language (spoken and written).
