• Provide nurturing and high-quality care for infants in a safe and stimulating environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support the development of infants in areas such as motor skills, language, and social-emotional growth.
• Monitor and record the development and well-being of each infant, providing regular updates to parents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that supports the infants' learning and play.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication about their child's progress and needs.
• Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines in accordance with local regulations and center policies.
• Support the overall team in maintaining a collaborative and supportive working environment.

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or higher, with certifications in Early Childhood Education (Infant Care) preferred.
• Passionate about working with infants and helping them develop.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of child development and safe infant care practices.
• First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
