Senior Executive, Education

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world‐renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature‐based experiences, green public spaces and an eco‑friendly resort.

We are looking for two passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Senior Executive, Education, where you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that connect people with wildlife and nature.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct education programmes for young children, including day camps, overnight camps, guided tours and in‑park activities in English and/or Mandarin.
  • Facilitate training workshops and professional development sessions for early childhood educators in English and/or Mandarin.
  • Develop age‑approprate educational resources and learning materials that align with curriculum standards and Mandai Wildlife Group's conservation goals in English and/or Mandarin.
  • Support and execute educational campaigns, community outreach, school partnerships, and public engagement initiatives in English and/or Mandarin.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field:
  • Early Childhood Programming Team: Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Environmental Education or equivalent.
  • Mandarin Programming Team: Life Sciences, Biology, Chinese studies or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with children is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences including children and educators.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and public education.
  • Energetic, warm, and customer‑focused, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment and facilitating overnight programmes.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Maintain safety and risk management protocols, especially during overnight and outdoor activities.
