We're seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to join our client's Digital Technology Division. The ideal candidate will support in coordination of leadership/executive level events and support the division’s drive in operational efficiency and increase collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Management:
- Coordinate executive-level forums and leadership events
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events
2. Planning & Administration:
- Optimise digital platforms/collaboration tools for efficient meeting scheduling and resource allocation
- Administer and analyse surveys/polls to support operations planning
3. Operational Excellence:
- Co-lead or support initiatives to streamline processes
- Support the optimisation of division’s digital presence on internal platforms
- Assist in developing and implementing best practices for efficient resource management
4. Process Automation:
- Leverage on platforms/tools to automate routine tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across the division
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in event coordination or administration/operations management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with government administration processes is advantageous
