Plexus Care is a growing healthcare distribution company focused on eldercare, rehabilitation, and home medical products. We serve both B2B and B2C customers and are expanding our showroom presence and digital engagement.

We are looking for a full-time Operations & Creative Executive to support day-to-day operations, customer service, product content, and showroom management. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, hands-on, and digitally comfortable — someone who enjoys getting things done well, with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, Shopee, and walk-ins
  • Issue invoices and coordinate order fulfilment and deliveries
  • Manage stock arrangement, showroom upkeep, and packing duties
  • Take basic product photos and short demo videos
  • Design simple visuals using Canva or AI tools for social media and listings
  • Update product information across digital platforms
  • Assist with light marketing, content preparation, and process improvement
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, Canva; willing to explore simple AI tools
  • Proactive, dependable, and good at managing daily priorities
  • Friendly, professional communication style with customers
  • Able to support both operational and light creative tasks
  • Past experience in admin, fulfilment, retail, or marketing support is an advantage
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Showroom operating hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekdays), 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Saturdays)
  • Includes 1-hour lunch break (weekdays), scheduled flexibly to ensure customer coverage
  • 44-hour work week. No overtime expected.
Salary Range
  • SGD 2,500 – 2,800 per month (gross monthly salary, inclusive of employer CPF contribution)
