We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team in the dynamic MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector. This is a 24/7 business – and we need someone who’s flexible, responsive, and always thinking two steps ahead.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Proactively generate leads, pitch to corporate clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed business
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their event needs inside and out
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations customized to client goals
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to grow market presence

Operations

  • Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth work flow
  • Manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and event deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Be on-call during live events to troubleshoot and ensure smooth delivery, anytime, anywhere
  • Be prepared for overseas travels.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work across different time zones, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin
  • A can-do attitude and a cool head under pressure
