A leading logistics company is looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee cargo tracking, reporting, and exception management. The role involves real-time monitoring, documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders, ensuring a smooth delivery process and timely customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Cargo/Parcel Tracking & Monitoring
· Track and trace shipments in real-time using logistics systems .
· Identify delays or exceptions (e.g., missed deliveries, damages) and escalate promptly.
Reporting & Documentation
· Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment statuses, delays, and KPIs.
· Maintain accurate records of exceptions and resolutions.
Exception Case Management
· Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions (e.g., rerouting, customer complaints).
· Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and clients for timely follow-ups.
Ad-Hoc Support
· Assist with urgent dispatch tasks, route adjustments, or administrative duties as needed.
