• Deliver videos with the right composition of editorial and creative elements to tell stories about areas of focus, including people and culture.
• Understand social video content, specifically short-form, vertical, snackable videos and, audience psyche.
• Able to react on the spot to trends.

• Proven experience and skills in end-to-end creative content production and online publishing - from ideation to amplification.
• Article and/or project portfolio that showcases your writing style and ability to craft short-form content
• Passionate about and skilful in delivering engaging and relatable (audio-visual) storytelling through digital media that speaks directly to viewers/readers.
• Enjoy tapping into trends and understand immediate requirements to push out videos quickly to ride the trend.
• Creative and innovative, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven ability of being an exceptional team player, collaborating with multiple content owners and subject matter experts.
• Strong sense of ownership of results.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Social media native with understanding in audience and content consumption data to support the creative decision-making process.
• Understanding and use of data and research to inform content strategies
• Experience in managing and optimising content on social media accounts
