Responsibilities

Account:

  • Providing support to the Account dept
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering call, processing the mail.
  • Issue Invoice to customer/main contractor, filling, and key into system
  • Follow up due payment from main contractors and customer
  • Matching invoice with delivery order, purchase order and receipt
  • Key in invoice to system
  • Check creditor & sub‑contractor statement
  • Prepare monthly payment schedule
  • Processing reimbursement form
  • Other ad‑hoc duties assigned
