Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month)

Location: Tuas (5 Minutes walk from MRT Station)

• Process daily sales orders, purchase orders, and posting of invoices accurately.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory records accordingly.
• Handle expense claim reimbursements efficiently.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.
• Assist in sourcing goods through online platforms like Shopee and Taobao.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
