Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service while driving sales and supporting the growth of the ThomsonBaby brand. You will play a key role in both our retail and online presence by:

1. Managing cashier duties, assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases, restocking, merchandising, and ensuring the retail space is welcoming and well-maintained.
2. Monitoring market activities by gathering insights on pricing, product offerings, and market trends.
3. Engaging on social media. Assisting in the management of the brand’s social media channels and campaigns to build strong brand affinity and customer engagement.
4. Assisting in the creation of marketing materials for both ThomsonBaby.com and retail shop.
5. Generating reports and providing analysis to facilitate business decisions.

1. Diploma in business, marketing and/or retail
2. Minimum 1 year relevant experience
3. Sales and service-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes
5. Pro-active, independent and motivated learners
