Job summary
A leading company in the lighting industry in Singapore is seeking a coordinator to provide essential support between vendors and customers. The candidate will prepare sales quotations, handle complete order processing, and monitor customer accounts. A diploma in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the lighting or building industry are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. Shuttle bus service is provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide coordinating support between vendors and customers.
- Prepare Sales Quotations using CRM.
- Handle complete order processing ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor customer accounts and receivables.
Skills
Education
- Provide coordinating support between vendors and customers
- Prepare Sales Quotations using CRM
- Provide the necessary administrative support and assistance in project sales and wholesales
- Handle complete order processing from receipt of customers’ order confirmation to issuing of orders to vendors and ultimately ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Monitor customer accounts and receivables
- Diploma in Building Management/Electrical Engineering/Business Management
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in lighting or building industry
- Experience in freight forwarding will be an advantage
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, able to multi-task & work independently
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
