A growing renovation contractor company in Singapore is seeking a dependable Admin Accounts Executive to support daily office and accounts operations. This hands-on role is ideal for fresh graduates or mid-career switch candidates who enjoy a varied job scope in an SME environment. Candidates will assist with work permits and licenses, handle enquiries, support payroll, and maintain records. Compatibility in English and Mandarin is required, along with basic Excel skills. The position offers a monthly salary of $2,000 to $2,500 dependent on experience.
We are a growing renovation contractor company looking for a dependable Admin Accounts Executive to support our daily office and accounts operations. This role is hands‑on and suitable for fresh graduates, mid‑career switch candidates, or individuals who enjoy a varied job scope in an SME environment.
Training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to learn across different aspects of the business.
Assist with application, renewal, and maintenance of work permits and company's various licenses & permits
Handle online enquiries and support coordination with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Support payroll processing and staff-related administrative matters
Assist in project Profit & Loss (P&L) tracking and basic job costing
Maintain and update company accounts and P&L records
Ensure accounting and administrative records are accurate and up to date
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum qualification: Diploma (any field)
Fresh graduates and mid-career switch candidates are welcome
Prior admin or accounts experience is preferred but not compulsory
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and workers due to the nature of the industry)
Able to multi-task, work independently, and manage daily priorities
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
Monthly Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (depending on experience & qualifications)
