Based in Hong Kong, the Head of Business Intelligence, will be a foundational leader within our new Business Intelligence & Research department. You will be the strategic counterpart to the Head of Research, transforming raw data into a clear, actionable narrative that drives business performance. You will build and lead the BI function, creating the single source of truth for company metrics, empowering every team with self‑service insights, and ensuring data is a core pillar of every strategic decision. Relocation support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Lead the BI Function:

• Establish and scale a high‑performing Business Intelligence team, setting the vision, best practices, and roadmap.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of BI Analysts, Data Analysts, and BI Engineers.
• Foster a culture of data curiosity, accuracy, and business impact.

Deliver Actionable Business Insights:

• Translate complex business questions from Leadership, Operations, Product, and Marketing into clear analytical projects and dashboards.
• Go beyond reporting: provide predictive insights, identify growth opportunities, and diagnose operational bottlenecks.
• Automate and democratize data access to enable self‑service analytics across the organization.

Enable Strategic Decision‑Making:

• Act as a key strategic advisor to the executive team, using data to inform market expansion, product investments, and operational improvements.
• Synthesize quantitative data from BI systems with qualitative insights from the Research team to provide a 360‑degree view of the business and our community.
• Ensure data integrity and governance, building trust in all reporting outputs.
