Job description

You will support the day‑to‑day running and managing of an education centre teaching primary and pre‑primary students. This is a knowledge intensive job as you need to know our programmes and processes well. It helps if you are pro‑active, independent and able to deal with all people from all walks of life. Why? This role is the connecting point between all stakeholders in the centre like parents, students, teachers and colleagues so that the education outcomes for the children are reached.

Responsibilities
  • Managing, coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre
  • Handle walk‑ins and telephone enquiries and provide course consultation to prospective parents and students
  • You will assist the day‑to‑day services/admin activities of the centre.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate and liaise with parents/teachers + love to work with children
  • A team player, independently working and able to prioritize tasks at hand
  • Ability/readiness to work on both weekends and weekday evenings in line with current centre's operating hours
