Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Creative Design and Marketing Communications Executive to join our team at ITMA Services. This role is crucial in supporting our creative and marketing communications initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative and proficient in graphic design tools and understand digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing visual assets across multiple platforms and will also support the Marcom team in website updates, digital campaigns, and social media execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys design work and is keen to gain hands‑on experience in the international exhibitions and events industry.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Primary Focus)
- Create visually engaging graphic assets for a wide range of touchpoints, including digital advertising, social media visuals, web banners, print advertisements, marketing collaterals such as flyers and brochures and any other publicity materials required.
- Adapt and resize artwork across different formats and specifications to meet advertising and media requirements.
- Prepare and deliver advertisement artwork and banner materials to media partners and supporting organisations in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organise image libraries and visual assets for internal use and future campaigns.
- Apply and adapt designs within established brand guidelines and key visual systems, ensuring design consistency and alignment across all materials, platforms and markets.
Marketing Communications & Digital Support
- Support the Marcom team in executing marketing communications activities, including assisting with content scheduling for EDMs and social media platforms.
- Assist with updating website content using the Content Management System (CMS) such as Sitefinity, working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and web vendor to meet promotional milestones.
- Provide design support for offline and digital campaigns across various channels and assist in monitoring campaign performance where required.
- Support the promotion of online or in‑person roadshows, launches or forums when required, including coordination of invitations and visual materials to these events.
- Assist in compiling campaign summaries and reports for internal tracking and management updates.
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Marcom department.
Pre‑requisites
- Diploma, degree, or relevant certification in graphic design, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in marketing, design or communications roles is advantageous (including internships or freelance work).
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, tools, and content management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for writing or adapting EDM and social media captions (e.g. Facebook, WeChat).
- Willingness to learn, stay updated with design and digital trends, and adapt to new tools and platforms.
