In this pivotal leadership position, you will assume full responsibility for managing and overseeing the finance function for the Singapore office while providing high-level guidance to regional teams. Your core mandate includes leading the local finance department to ensure operational efficiency, robust internal controls, and strict adherence to all statutory compliance requirements. Beyond financial reporting, you will act as a strategic commercial advisor to senior stakeholders, offering insights on business performance, profitability, and pricing strategies to support decision‑making. You will play a crucial role in driving financial discipline across the business, promoting best practices, and identifying areas for process improvement. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a dedicated finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within a dynamic multinational environment.

Skills and Experience Required

To be considered for this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, coupled with a recognized professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA. You must have a minimum of five years of leadership experience, ideally gained within a commercial or professional services environment where you have directly supported senior management. A strong understanding of partnership structures or professional services business models is highly desirable. Technically, you should be proficient in using major Enterprise Resource Planning systems and advanced spreadsheet tools. This role requires a resilient and hands‑on leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing strategy and navigating complex business requirements with a high degree of independence.
