Nurse jobs in Singapore

• Accompany the Doctor during home visits and clinic rounds to assist with patient care, documentation & scribing of clinical notes

• Communicate with patients to take histories using prepared templates, & explaining medications (training provided)

• Edit and update clinical notes accurately during or after consultations

• Perform basic clinical procedures such as checking blood pressure, pulse, and hypocount readings

• Draft prescriptions as directed by the Doctor

• Manage daily scheduling and route planning to optimize time and travel; coordinate with agencies to arrange patient visits based on location

• Finalize and upload clinical notes post-consultation, including ensuring certain records and password-protected

• Assist with invoicing processes for patient visits and clinical services

• Adhoc procedures (e.g. male / female IDC insertion, NGT insertion, blood drawing, plug setting & IV initiation)

  • Experience with these procedures will be advantageous

  • Additional procedure fee will be paid if you do these procedures

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Training will be provided

• Valid Enrolled Nurse certification if any

• Clinical experience in home care will be an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage sensitively and confidently with patients

• High attention to details and accuracy in note-taking and prescription drafting

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a mobile schedule effectively
