A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing for an assigned group of patients. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in nursing, be SNB registered, and have experience in a nursing home or palliative care setting. Salary range is between $4300 to $5000, with working hours from Monday to Friday and half days on Saturday.
Qualificações
- Must be SNB registered.
- Experience in nursing home, Geriatric or Palliative Care setting required.
- Experience in leading a team is necessary.
Responsabilidades
- Perform patient assessment.
- Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care.
- Manage medical supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide patient education for family members.
- Participate in medical emergencies as appropriate.

Formação académica
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working days: 5.5days
- Mon - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm
- Sat / Sunday 9am-1pm
- Salary: $4300 - $5000
- Perform patient assessment.
- Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
- Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- Provide patient education for family members.
- Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient\'s progress.
- Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
- Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient\'s outcomes.
- Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory
- Practise safety and infection control precautionary measures
- Participate in patients\' rehabilitation, involving the patients\' family.
- Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
- Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.
- Diploma in nursing , SNB registered
- With relevant years of experience in nursing home, Geriatric or Palliative Care Setting
- Senior Staff Nurse with experience in leading a team
