Hire Resolve is assisting healthcare organisations in hiring experienced healthcare professionals for a portfolio of mid–senior level opportunities across nursing, allied health, specialist clinical services, and practice/team leadership. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several functions within the sector, including inpatient and outpatient care, community services, rehabilitation, and specialist programmes.
These roles provide a clear pathway toward senior clinical leadership, service lead, and clinical management positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with organisational clinical standards and scope of practice
- Lead and support day‑to‑day clinical operations within a ward, clinic, community team, or therapy service
- Conduct assessment, care planning, intervention delivery, and outcomes evaluation for complex patient needs
- Coordinate care within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to escalation and discharge planning where applicable
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers using approved clinical systems and workflows
- Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and audit activities to strengthen patient safety and service performance
- Support infection prevention and control practices and risk management within the clinical environment
- Uphold patient confidentiality and data privacy practices in line with PDPA requirements and organisational policies
- Supervise, mentor, and coach junior staff and students; support competency development and clinical training
- Participate in service improvement initiatives and change management within clinical pathways and models of care
Requirements
- Recognised professional qualification aligned to discipline (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Radiography, or other regulated allied health pathways)
- Current registration and/or practising certificate where applicable via the relevant Singapore professional board (role dependent), such as Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), Singapore Medical Council (SMC), or Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Typically 5–10+ years of relevant post‑qualification clinical experience, including exposure to complex casework and/or team support responsibilities
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, safeguarding, and infection control expectations in Singapore healthcare settings
- Confidence working with common clinical documentation processes and electronic clinical record workflows (system experience varies by employer)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- English proficiency required (spoken and written) for clinical documentation and patient communication
