Job summary

Job description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated freelance/contract instructors to conduct First Aid, CPR+AED, and BCLS+AED courses in accordance with the latest guidelines set by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC).

Description

As an instructor, you will:

• Deliver engaging and accurate training sessions to participants from various backgrounds.
• Communicate effectively to ensure participants understand key lifesaving skills and concepts.
• Maintain and upkeep training equipment and materials.
• Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, assessment documentation, and feedback collection.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to upholding training standards and SRFAC guidelines
• BCLS+AED Instructor Certification (Training can be provided by SERA for individuals with a healthcare background)

Requirements (Good-to-Have)

• Paramedic, EMT, or Nursing background
• First Aid Instructor Certification
• Code of Ethics
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA/ACLP)
