Job description

Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Jln Buroh

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (Saturday 7:30 am – 12:45 pm)

Salary: Up to $4,000 (subject to qualifications and experience) + overtime

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the facility.
• Ensure overall maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
• Lead a team of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants, addressing issues or grievances and ensuring proper assignment of tasks.
• Enforce plant safety procedures, WHS and FS.
• Maintain accurate stock count for cylinder tracking in the in‑house system.
• Coordinate with other plant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas.
• At least 3 years of relevant plant experience.
