Job description
What you will be doing
  • Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
  • Monitor and ensure building safety compliance according to BCA safety requirements.
  • Inspect premises daily, perform building round checklist recording and replace defective parts.
  • Manage and maintain tools and equipment list and stock up sufficient spare parts.
  • Monitor and coordinate with contractors or external service provider to ensure works are completed according to required standard.
  • Perform minor maintenance task, i.e. replace damage light bulb, replace filters, replace broken windows; repair doors, door locks and closets.
  • Coordinate and assist in Fire Drill and safety inspection.
  • Monitor and ensure all security system, mechanical, electrical and plumbing service are in good condition.
  • Attending to breakdown/emergency call.
  • Maintain and ensure fire extinguishers are in working condition.
  • Ensure housekeeping is carried out regularly.
  • Performs other work related tasks as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years related work experience in facilities maintenance.
  • NTC/ITE in Electrical Engineering or relevant education knowledge.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Customer focus and service excellence driven.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Good coordination and organization skill.
