Job description
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects while ensuring service quality delivery and safety.
- Assist in the planning of cleaning service operations work plans, incident management, and managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials used in multiple project sites.
- Provide guidance to the cleaners.
- Communicate with stakeholders.
- Able to multi-task.
- Monitor and manage cleaning services and teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety measures during cleaning operations.
- Submit cleaning reports to management.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedule.
- Manage cleaning related incidents.
