The Job:

• Spearheaded strategic initiatives and operational programs across the asset cluster to enhance, protect, and sustain overall asset value.
• Implemented programs to maintain uninterrupted essential services (utilities, HVAC, fire protection, security) while ensuring staff competency, effective preventive maintenance, and prompt response to service calls and work orders.
• Conducted annual Asset Plan reviews, managed tenant leases from handover to possession, coordinated renovation processes, and strengthened ongoing tenant relationships.
• Prepared annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, delivered regular forecasts, and produced management reports including competitive and operational analysis.

The Talent:

• Degree in Real Esatate or relevant discipline
• 5 - 7 years working experience in property and tenant management in commercial and retail portfolio
