Join us as the Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods.

He/she is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, distribution, inventory and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage logistics, transportation, warehouse, and customer service operations.
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics personnel.
  • Oversee inventory control, order processing, and distribution operations.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.
  • Manage budgets, reports, and logistics KPIs.
  • Implement new technologies or systems to streamline operations.
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reports.
  • Manage repair and maintenance for warehouse and overall building facility.
  • Schedule delivery and pick-up of goods.
  • Implement cycle count reports on monthly basis.
  • Organize warehouse in proper and efficient manner and annual stock-take.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CLTD) will be a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software (SAP & IWMS).
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess excellent leadership and motivational skills, team player and ensure cost-effective and high-performance logistics processes.
  • Work as a team to assist in hands-on picking and packing of goods when necessary.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if necessary.
  • Ability to initiate projects and complete on timely & efficient manner.
  • Liaise and support management on specific programs and targets.
