We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR People Partner (HRPP) to provide support across HRBP teams for TikTok Engineering departments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to design and implement people strategies that drive organizational growth, innovation, and high performance. You will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, optimizing performance management, and improving organizational effectiveness. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our R&D teams as they scale, with a focus on continuously refining HR processes and launching new initiatives. As we experience significant growth, this new role presents an exciting opportunity for you to apply your operational expertise and make a meaningful impact on the evolution of our workforce.
To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
