The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for enabling revenue growth, adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.

We are a high performing APAC team, looking for a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player in our APAC Integrated Marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to conceive, drive and deliver campaign strategies across the customer’s lifecycle, from awareness and education to acquisition, progression, application use and value realization for CRM & Industry Solutions.

You will play a key role in analyzing our target segments & territories for opportunity and targeting buying groups & personas within the segments and APAC regions such as India, Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, Hong Kong & Korea.

You’ll be responsible for driving the CRM & industry Solutions Marketing program strategy, influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business goals.

You will have a strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) sales strategies, leveraging GTM motions on solutions, industry, partner marketing, new customer acquisition and customer success to achieve results.

You’re a savvy APAC marketing programs leader who can conceptualize, execute and manage insight-driven optimizations and executive-level reporting across a diverse and matrixed organization.

Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology, multi-faceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, team collaboration, adaptability and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Purpose:
  1. This role leads marketing programs for CRM & Industry in APAC, aligned to the leadership team, go-to-market strategies and growth plans.
  2. This role aligns with the Global Marketing team for CRM & Industry Solutions & adapts global programs into APAC. The successful candidate will understand and adapt the region and country context, working across teams, to orchestrate execution for the growth plans and segment focus.
Key responsibilities
  • Act as the APAC marketing lead for CRM & Industry BU collaborating closely with all GTM, Sales, Partner teams to gather insights, develop strategies and align plans to accelerate business growth.
  • Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity, prioritization of marketing channels and tactics to conceptualize programs that will drive demand for the ServiceNow Platform and AI.
  • Lead through influence to ensure delivery and execution at scale of demand generation programs across the APAC marketing and business teams that result in measurable growth in business goals and revenue. Set best practices in narratives, engagement and high-performance campaigns.
  • Leverage all direct and indirect channels to land new business demand‑gen and drive up‑sell, cross‑sell and adoption marketing campaigns across customer buying groups and activate the ecosystem for new business acquisition.
  • Develop and test new program scenarios to drive optimizations and efficiencies against investments.
  • Prepare and input into forecasts, performance reports, monitoring key business metrics, quality and audience insights.
  • Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience, and results.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI‑powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI‑driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 12+ years of marketing experience in a B2B enterprise technology environment directly supporting sales teams in roles such as field marketing, account‑based marketing, or campaign management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business impact across the account lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of the diverse business, cultural and media landscapes across APAC with proven experience in adapting marketing strategies for localization.
  • Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Advanced ability to influence and align diverse, senior stakeholders across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Be digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital across integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and performance across marketing channels.
