This position supports execution of the Global Channel strategy, offers insight, drives innovation to the broader business, simplifies across the business processes and assists in the development and execution of key Global strategies for sustained growth.

As Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will be accountable for supporting the channel sales team and our Partners, understanding the Channel business requirements, effectively presenting insights to data that is being analyzed to allow for business‑related decisions. Candidate is also responsible for supporting the external channel community to ensure awareness and training on any process or policy changes from opportunity generation to cash collections and rebates.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Global Program team, Channel marketing, Channel & Enterprise Sales Teams, Renewals, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure operational optimization and compliance.
  • Reporting/analytics – analyze and report on key channel KPIs, partner and program performance, calling out key indicators and comparisons for your region.
  • Regional Channel performance management – review and provide insights to performance and partner program target tracking for your region.
  • Regional operations representation on regional/geo/global projects and initiatives – work cross‑functionally to represent both internal channel and external partners.
  • Channel sales & partner training and enablement – ensure all channel sales teams & channel partners are trained and enabled on key process, system or reporting changes.
  • Relationship management – be a trusted advisor to both internal cross‑functional stakeholders and external channel partners.
  • Channel sales & partner process optimization – drive process alignment/improvements initiatives and provide recommendations for process simplifications and ease of doing business.
  • Weekly regional channel forecast reviews & key metrics reviews with leadership.
  • Quarter‑end support of channel sales and partners including cross‑functional calls and order tracking.

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, including implementation, tracking, problem resolution, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners to achieve common goals and deliver business results.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage projects with multiple workstreams as a high‑energy contributor.
  • Skill in developing clear action plans and driving processes with numerous interdependencies.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel applications.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, accurate outputs for customers.
  • Track record of collaborating with managers, executives, and staff users at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading change initiatives.
  • Strong meeting management and group process facilitation skills.
  • Background in supporting operations or sales operations; program management experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, action‑oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
